Distance Learning – Mobile Device Repair (Chromebooks, laptops, etc)

CCSD is now accepting repair requests from parents and students for CCSD mobile devices issued to the student. To begin the repair process, please fill out the form below.
You may be contacted by phone or email with information regarding how to complete this repair.
Please ensure all contact information is accurate and accessible.

When you have received your repair instructions, please be sure to include all equipment issued with the device (battery chargers, cables, cases, etc.). For your and our employees’ safety, follow all infection control instructions included with your repair instructions or posted at an in-person device collection facility. This information may change rapidly as we receive and implement directives recommended by Federal, State, County and other Local agencies.

If you encounter a problem with this form or have trouble locating the device information in the last section, try to look at the stickers on the bottom of the device. You may also refer to copies of documents provided when the device was issued (if any) or call the User Support Services help desk at (702) 799-3300. Our Technical Support call center is open Monday through  Friday from 6:00am to 5:00pm.
