Having Trouble Getting Connected to the Internet?
If you are having trouble accessing the Internet, try the following:
- Rebooting your WiFi Router. Turn the router off for about 10 seconds, then turn it on again – give it time to reboot.
- If that doesn’t work contact your provider. If you received District-provided Internet connectivity, please contact the provider based on the service you were provided:

If you are unable to access a specific website but most of the ones required for distance education, do the following:
- Please contact your school to see if the particular website has been blocked by the CIPA-Compliant filtering through GoGuardian or a District-provided Internet service.
- Schools can escalate issues with specific websites to the Technology Division if it is determined the website should be available to students.
